Co-Browsing to support the electronic banking hotline

This program is designed to assist in troubleshooting electronic banking issues. The employees of the Electronic Banking Support Hotline or the employees of companies that have been assigned electronic banking support by the bank (eg Banken DL Service Gesellschaft mbH) - in the following called "Support Hotline" - can quickly view your screen to help with troubleshooting. The transmission takes place via a secure internet connection.

If you have not already done so, please contact the support hotline, Mo - Fr (on bank business days) from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Sa from 08:00 am to 1:00 p.m. on +43 732/7802 - 32128.

Start remote maintenance by confirming the legal notice and clicking on the "Start co-browsing" button. Then a window appears to share the current content of your browser window. Confirm this with "Yes". Then a session number appears in the right-hand area of the screen. Please pass this on to the support hotline employee.

No programs are installed as part of this remote maintenance. It is not possible to remove data from your PC unnoticed and without authorization. You can end the connection at any time.

I agree to the use of the online remote maintenance program. This program establishes a connection between my PC and the PC of the support hotline employee and enables him to look at my screen (Co-Browsing) for the purpose of troubleshooting or remedying (remote maintenance). When desktop sharing is activated, the support hotline employee also has access to the screen. This access can be terminated at any time. The data transmission takes place via public communication networks. Despite encrypted transmission, it cannot be ruled out that third parties can view or manipulate this data traffic. This could result in malware on my computer, data from my computer getting to third parties, or my electronic identity being misused. The bank assumes no liability if the damage was caused by an independent third party or otherwise by an unavoidable event that is neither due to an error in the nature nor a failure of the means of the automated data processing of the bank. The bank shall only be liable for any damage that may arise in connection with the customer's hardware or software or as a result of the connection to the data center not being established if it culpably caused this damage. The following information is transmitted and processed during remote maintenance: mouse movements, scrolling behavior, clicks, form entries (sensitive entries are excluded from the transmission by default), position on website, visited sub-pages, time on page, browser, operating system, type of device, Screen resolution, anonymized IP address, place of access (city / nation). Processing takes place on the basis of Art. 6 (1) a) GDPR after the consent of the user and is used for remote maintenance. For research purposes, the session is recorded by video for a period of six weeks. I expressly consent to this recording. The recording is made for no other purpose than to be able to document the course of the meeting in a binding manner in any disputes. After these six weeks, the recording will be deleted.
